Salzburg

I only arrived today but i'm getting some serious "Where Eagles Dare" vibes.



It is a stunning place though, almost everywhere you turn it's like a postcard.






One of the problems i've encountered with this delay is that i'm not really scaled for sitting still. My clothes all relate to being on the bike, not sightseeing around cities, so i've been thinking of buying a new outfit.



Salzburg was the birthplace for Mozart so there are statues and museums all over dedicated to him. He left the city for Vienna after a falling out with the Archbishop who ran the place. Another child prodigy who burned out young, dying when he was only 35.
